With due respect, I write to you this urgent and confidential business proposal. I am the manager of bill and exchange,,foreign remittance department of THE BANK OF AFRICA IN BURKINA FASO. In my department we discovered an abandoned sum of $18.5M US dollars, in an account that belongs to one of our foreign customer who died in the Concord Plane crash in Paris.Since we got the information about his death, we have been expecting his next of kin to come over and claim his fund because we cannot release it unless somebody applies for it as next of kin or relation to the deceased as indicated in our banking guidelines but unfortunately we learn that all his supposed next of kin or relation died alongside with him leaving nobody behind for the claim.

It is therefore upon this discovery that I and other officials in my department now decided to make this business proposal to you and release the money to you as the next of kin or relation to the deceased for safety and subsequent disbursement since nobody is coming for it and we don't want this money to go into the Bank treasury as unclaimed bill. The Banking law and guideline here stipulates that if such fund remained unclaimed after six years, the fund will be transferred into the Bank Treasury as unclaimed fund. The request of a foreigner as the next of kin or relation in this business is occasioned for the fact that the customer was a foreigner and a Burnable cannot stand as next of kin to a foreigner. We agreed that 25% of this money will be for you as foreign partner, in respect to the provision of a foreign account, 5% will be set aside for expenses incurred during the business and 70% would be for me and my colleagues.

moreover i and my colleagues will visit your country for disbursement according to the percentages indicated. I know that this letter may come to you as a surprise, I got your contact address from the computerized search. My name is Mr Ahmed Kabore, I am the Bill and Exchange (assistant) Manager of Africa Development Bank Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.

In my department I discovered an abandoned sum of Eighteen million three hundred thousand United State of American dollars (18.3MILLION USA DOLLARS) in an account that belongs to one of our foreign customer Mr, Marutan John Korovo from Jordan who died along with his family in air crash since 1997.

Since I got information about his death I have been expecting his next of kin to come over and claim his money because we can not release it unless somebody applies for it as the next of kin or relation to the deceased as indicated in our banking guidelines, but unfortunately we learnt that all his supposed next of kin or relation died alongside with him in the plane crash leaving nobody behind for the claim. It is therefore upon this discovery that I decided to make this business proposal to you and release the money to you as next of kin or relation to the deceased for safety and subsequent disbursement since nobody is coming for it and I don't want the money to go into the bank treasury as unclaimed bill.

Am contacting you because our deceased customer is a foreigner and a Burkinabe can not stand as a next of kin to foreign customer. The banking guidelines stipulate that the fund should be transferred into the bank treasury after 13 years if nobody is coming for the claim. I have agreed that 40% of this money will be for you as foreign partner in respect to the provision of your account for the transfer, 2% will be set aside for expenses that might occurred during the business and 58% would be for me, after which I shall visit your country for disbursement according to the percentage as indicated.

منذ أن حَصلتُ على المعلوماتِ حول موتِه أنا أَتوقّعُ قريبَه أَنْ يَجيءَ ويَدّعي مالَه لأننا لا نَستطيعُ إصْداره مالم يُقدّمُ شخص ما طلب للحصول عليه كالقريب أَو العلاقة إلى الميّتِ كما أُشيرا إليه في تعليماتِنا المصرفيةِ، لكن لسوء الحظ تَعلّمنَا بأنّ كُلّ قريبه المُفتَرَض أَو علاقته ماتا بِجانب مَعه في تحطّمِ الطائرة يَتجاوزُ لا أحد للإدّعاءِ. هو لذا على هذا الإكتشافِ الذي قرّرتُ أَنْ أَجْمعَ هذا إقتراحِ العملِ إليك ويُصدرُ المالَ إليك كقريب أَو علاقة إلى الميّتِ للأمانِ والإنفاقِ اللاحقِ منذ لا أحدِ يَجيءُ من أجله وأنا لا أُريدُ المالَ أَنْ أَدْخلَ خزانةَ المصرفَ كفاتورة غير مطلوبة.
صباحاً يَتّصلُ بك لأن زبونَنا المَميتَ a أجنبي وa Burkinabe لا يَستطيعانِ الوَقْف كa قريب إلى الزبونِ الأجنبيِ. تَشترطُ التعليماتَ المصرفيةَ بأنّ الصندوقَ يَجِبُ أَنْ يُحوّلَ إلى خزانةِ المصرفَ بعد 13 سنةِ إذا لا أحدِ يَجيءُ من أجل الإدّعاءِ. وافقتُ بأنّ 40 % هذا المالِ سَيَكُونُ لَك كشريك أجنبي فيما يتعلق ببندِ حسابِكَ للنقلِ، 2 % سَأَضِعُ جانباً للنفقاتِ التي قَدْ تَحْدثُ أثناء العملِ و58 % سَيَكُونانِ لي، التي بعدها أنا سَأَزُورُ بلادَكَ للإنفاقِ طبقاً للنسبة المئويةِ كما أُشيرتْ إليها.
